Efficiency Process Explained
  • 1. Firstly, fuel gas flows through a spherical bed, which splits up and disperses the molecular clusters of the gas. This:
    Increases the gas volume and the O2 absorption range. Ensures faster and more complete combustion. Causes an increase in calorific value and energy savings of 5-8%.
  • 2. Second, a liquid combustion aid is added to the fuel gas (1-1.5g per 1m3 of fuel gas), which mixes with the fuel gas and then burns in the furnace or engine.
    One product of regular combustion is water vapour (H2O). The combustion aid ensures that the water is split into O2 and H2 at 380˚C. O2 and H2 drive further combustion reactions. Less ambient air needs to be blown into the combustion chamber. Causes energy savings of 6-10% and reduces pollutant emissions (e.g. nitrogen oxides).
