TITO Enterprise Technology (Baoding) Co., Ltd. is a leading third-party operation and maintenance service company in the domestic wind power industry. The Company was established in 2011. The Company has established a scientific and rigorous management system and has been certified for ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 in 2015. It possesses Level 4 qualification for the license to undertake the installation (repair and testing) of power facilities. In 2018, the Company was recognized as a hi-tech enterprise by Hebei Provincial Department of Science and Technology.
Its business encompasses on-duty maintenance, scheduled inspections, technical upgrades, wind turbine commissioning, warranty inspection, blade inspection and maintenance services, oil sample testing, bolt removal, comprehensive post-warranty rectification of wind farms, equipment maintenance, hydraulic tool rental, spare parts supply, and domestic and international human resources services.
Since its establishment, the Company has operated, managed, and regularly inspected 39mKW onshore wind turbines and 12mKW of offshore wind turbines. It possesses extensive experience in operation, maintenance, regular inspection, and technical transformation of domestic units such as Shanghai Electric, Goldwind, Dongfang Electric, Haizhuang, Mingyang, Envision, CSR, Sany, Taizhong, Sinovel, Huachuang, and United Power, as well as international units including Vestas, GE and Gamesa.
